Hollard Ghana, an insurance company with subsidiaries Hollard Insurance and Hollard Life Assurance as part of its cooperate social responsibility has refurbished the Kindergarten block at Alwaleed Comprehensive Basic School at Nima.
The company, as part of its social impact project in giving back to society, refurbished the Kindergarten block at a cost of GHS 200,000.
The renovation
The company created a sick bay for the students as well as revamped the toilets and library. Hollard workers painted 5 of the kindergarten block, fixed the playground with AstroTurf, and fixed the ceiling, windows, doors, and dining hall to create a safe and conducive environment for studies.
The project was commissioned by Group CEO, of Hollard Ghana, Patience Akyianu, alongside Daniel Boi Addo, MD, Hollard Insurance Ghana, and Nashiru Iddrisu, MD, Hollard Life Assurance.
Appreciation
The Headmaster of the school, together with The Director for Ayawaso East Municipal Director of Education, Miss Adisa Tassa applauded the management of Hollard for their kind gesture and encouraged them to do more.
