Pearl Amoah Amponsah is a highly skilled and certified professional in business administration. With a Master’s in Business Administration from Accra Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Studies from the University of Ghana, she has also earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA).

As a Chartered Administrator, Pearl excels in her field, showcasing expertise and proficiency. Her 14 years of experience in business management and education administration highlight her ability to tackle challenges effectively, consistently achieving outstanding results. In her role as Executive Director of the HR Certification Centre and CEO of Port Link Logistics Co. Ltd, Pearl has become an invaluable asset to her organizations.

Beyond her professional achievements, Pearl is a passionate advocate for women’s rights and empowerment. She founded the Professional Ladies Network, dedicated to advancing the careers of women. Her commitment to building capacity for the female workforce is further demonstrated through her training on Human Rights mechanisms and frameworks by the United Nations Human Rights in The Gambia.

Throughout her career, Pearl has held key roles, including Corporate Solutions Executive at Accelerators Africa, Administrator at the Graduate Training Institute, and Head of Finance & Administration. Her experience also extends to school management and administration with Westfield International School and The McCarthy Hill School.
