Two young men, Joseph Duodu and Benjamin Sango who were contestants in the 2016 National Science and Maths quiz representing Accra Academy have reportedly graduated from Columbia University in Computer Science and Economics respectively.
The duo represented Accra Academy in the 2016 edition of the NSMQ and were unable to secure their spot in the grand finale of that year’s edition of the Quiz only by a small margin, sending Accra Academy into a recurring semi-final stage of the competition.
The Instagram page of Accra Academy shared a video of the young men in their graduation garb alongside footage from their days in the National Science and maths competition.
