Bigoo Drinks and Mcberry® Win Big at 2024 Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Awards 

Twellium Ghana has once again demonstrated its market leadership and product excellence by securing two prestigious awards at the 2024 Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Awards at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel. The accolades highlight the company’s continuous attempt to deliver high-quality results. 

Bigoo Drinks was named the National FMCG Flavored Drink of the Year, affirming its status as Ghana’s leading carbonated soft drink. Bigoo’s diverse flavors, including Cola, Cocktail, Grapes, Coconut, Energy, Tamarind, and Lemon, have made it a household favorite due to its superior quality and affordability. 

Mcberry® Biscuits, another prominent brand under Twellium Ghana, won the National FMCG Biscuit Brand of the Year. Since its inception in 2019, Mcberry® has become the biscuit of choice for many Ghanaians and across West Africa. Its popular offerings, such as Breakfast Cereal Biscuits, Alpha Cracker Biscuits, London Oat Digestive, London Shortbread, Bourbon, Rich Tea Creams, Dexters, and the recent Tiger Nut Biscuits, are celebrated for their superb taste and affordability. 

The National FMCG Marketing Director of the Year award was presented to Mr. Ali Ajami, the Marketing Director for both Beverges and Mcberry® brands at Twellium Ghana. His strategic vision and innovative marketing initiatives have significantly contributed to the brands’ impressive market performance and customer loyalty. 

This year’s triumph at the FMCG Awards adds to Twellium Ghana’s growing list of accolades. Earlier this year, the company received the Best Confectionery Producing Company of the Year (Mcberry®) and Best Mineral Water Company of the Year at the Ghana Manufacturing Awards (GMA). Additionally, Twellium was honored with three awards at the Ghana Beverage Awards, including Manufacturing Company of the Year, and Verna Water being crowned Product of the Year.
