Ghanaian Dancehall singer, Stonebwoy will perform at the penultimate 2022 FIFA Fan Festival in Doha, Qatar as part of the ongoing World Cup tournament.
Stonebwoy joins the likes of Kizz Daniel, Patoranking who have performed earlier at the FIFA Fan Festival in Qatar. Jamaican artistes Sean Paul and Julian Marley are also billed to perform.
The Gidigba hitmaker is the only Ghana musician billed to perform at the music festival. He will perform on December 16.
Announcing this huge milestone in an Instagram post, he wrote: “From Ashaiman to the whole wide world! Representing live for GH @fifaworldcup.”
The fan festival is a meeting point for football fans to celebrate the excitement of the FIFA World Cup. This would allow for over 100 hours of live music from international artistes.
Afrobeat icon Davido is also expected to perform at the finals of the World Cup. Meanwhile, Jamaican musician Sean Paul is expected to grace the fan festival on December 17, 2022.
The 2022 FIFA World Cup will be climaxed on December 18, where the final game will be played at the Lusail Stadium.
