Dr. Odoom’s promotion reflects his outstanding commitment to research, teaching, and the advancement of marketing knowledge. With a PhD specializing in Branding for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), Professor Odoom has carved a niche as a leading expert in branding, digital marketing, integrated marketing communications, and electronic business.
His impactful research has been published in globally recognized peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Product and Brand Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, and Journal of Enterprise Information Management, among others. As a respected scholar, he also serves as a reviewer for leading journals such as the Journal of Small Business and Entrepreneurship and Marketing Intelligence & Planning.
Beyond his research contributions, Professor Odoom is a Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa and a fellow at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark, cementing his reputation as an academic with a global footprint.
Professor Odoom is also a proud alumnus of Mfantsipim School, where he received his secondary school education. Known for its strong emphasis on academic excellence and leadership, Mfantsipim School played a foundational role in shaping his academic and professional journey.
In addition to his academic excellence, Dr. Odoom is recognized for his passion for mentoring students and young professionals.
