Pamela Ojiego, a young Nigerian woman has successfully integrated into the esteemed profession of custodianship of the law. Nigeria, the largest African country is home to the largest bar in Africa and it is here that Pamela finds herself.
After completing her secondary education at Hopebay College in Lagos – Nigeria, Pamela proceeded to pursue a Diploma in law at the Nnamdi Azikwe University. Between 2015 and 2019, she studied for a Bachelor of Law, LLB from the same university. She graduated with an impressive CGPA of 4.4/5.0, earning her a second class upper degree.
In 202, Pamela joined the Nigerian Law School in preparation for the Nigerian bar exams. On the 29th of July 2021, she graduated with a second class, upper division, among the top 7.5% of her year group.
Sharing the news on linked in, she posted pictures with the following caption:
“On the 29th day of July I was called to the largest bar in Africa.
After 6 years in the university, and obtaining a diploma and bachelors degree in Law, I proceeded to the Nigerian Law School where I graduated with a Second Class, Uooer division, finishing within the top 7.5% of a cohort of over 5700 candidates.
I am excited for my future and the impact I will make in my journey to a fulfilling career. It’s been a long time coming.”
