What schools did you attend and did you study at each stage?
For high school, I attended Aggrey Memorial Secondary School. I proceeded to Green Hill College (GIMPA) to read Business Administration (BBA). I had my master’s degree at The University of Ghana Business School where I had an EMBA in Marketing. I also went to China Europe Business School (CEIBS) to study Entrepreneurship and Leadership and then Harvard University to study Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and new business management trends. I am currently undertaking a doctoral study
What are some of the challenges you encountered on your way up?
I failed to achieve my childhood dream of becoming a pediatrician but what kept me going was commitment and resilience
What keeps you motivated?
The God factor and my positive attitude to all the challenges that come with wanting to be the difference and make an impact
What are your major achievements so far?
I am a successful career woman, wife, and a mother. I am almost done with my doctoral study. I think regardless of the challenges in life, the right attitude helps in all circumstances. The book ”Attitude is Everything” by Keith Harrel changed my perspective in the most challenging phase of my life. I am management-certified by Cranfield Business School(UK),China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and Harvard Business School
What are your plans for your line of work?
I intend to venture into consultancy in the areas of Customer Relationship Management, and SME sustainability in Africa, and Leadership
