RIFE International’s Kwaku Osei-Sarpong honored for Business Excellence and Integrity at West African Nobles Forum Awards.

The West African Nobles Forum (WANF) at its 34th Annual Congress and Awards ceremony in Accra awarded the West Africa Country Manager of RIFE International, Kwaku Osei-Sarpong for his tremendous achievements and contribution to Ghana’s Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Sector.

The West African Nobles Forum is a non-governmental, non-religious and non-political organization that seeks to pull together and award prominent West Africans of noble minds and tremendous achievements who have performed nobly in their chosen area of endeavors through annual awards ceremony.

The event which was held at the Holiday Inn hotel in Accra, was attended by  a group of eminent West Africans made up of public officials, legal luminaries, politicians, technocrats, as well as captains of industries who have upheld the virtues of integrity, honesty and accountability.

Aside Mr. Kwaku Osei-Sarpong, other distinguished awardees this year included Kwasi Agyemang Busia-CEO of DVLA, Isaac Kofi Egyir- Director General of Ghana Prisons, Mrs. Adeladie Araba Siaw Agyepong – Founder of America International School, Daniel Acheampong Managing Director- VALCO, Rashida Saani Nasamu -Chief Executive of I-ZAR Group, Robert Wugah-Managing Director of Imperial General Assurance, to mention a few.

Through promoting socio-economic integration in the West African sub-region, the forum over the years, has recognized leaders in various business sectors in Africa. These include, CEO of Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA)- Dr. Afua Asabea Asare, CEO of Ghana Investment Promotion Center (GIPC)- Reginald Yofi Grant, Former Minister for Works and Housing – Samuel Atta Akyea, Former President of Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI)- Nana Dr. Appiagyei Dankawoso I, Madam Joyce Aryee, Mr Kwame Ofosu Bamfo of Sickens, Theresa Oppong-Beeko of Manet Group, Prof Goski Alabi among others.

As the Country Manager – West Africa for RIFE International, Mr. Kwaku Osei-Sarpong, is spearheading the drive for clean energy in West Africa, with a focus on climate change mitigation, climate and clean energy finance, sustainable infrastructure, whiles providing solar energy solutions Small and Medium Scale Enterprises(SMEs), as well as Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Clients.

In an exclusive interview granted to GBC news, expressed gratitude to the forum for this initiative and reiterated the company’s position of providing sustainable and affordable energy to businesses in Ghana and West Africa.
