Yaw Appiah Lartey, a Financial Advisory partner at Deloitte Ghana has just been called to the Ghanaian bar in addition to being promoted to man a continental role.
A product of the University of Ghana and the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, he is a well read man with many years of experience.
Right out of University, he worked as a teaching assistant with the university of Ghana Business School before moving on to Ernst & Young as a senior associate, also for another year.
For the better part of the next 12 years, Yaw Appiah Lartey worked with PwC in various capacities. PwC is one of the leading global firms providing Audit & Assurance, Advisory and Tax services to companies across various sectors.
A little over two years ago, he joined Deloitte as an associate director and he now progress to become a Partner and Financial Advisory leader.
With such an impressive career history, he has taken it a step further by getting called to the Ghanaian Bar and being appointed as the Deloitte Africa Head of Infrastructure and Capital Projects.
