Legon PRESEC’s Prince Appiah Debrah Jr. Secures Admission to 14 Top Universities in The United States

Prince Debrah, an old student of the prestigious Legon Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School and a part of the team that took the school to the finals of the 2021 National Science and Mathematics Quiz has received admission to 14 prestigious universities in the United States, including Ivy League Cornell and Columbia Universities.

The 14 schools are Skidmore College, Williams College, Georgia Tech, Grinnell College, Harvey Mudd College, Cornell University, University of Michigan, MIT, University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, Stanford University, Carnegie Mellon University and Northwestern University.

These schools are considered as some of the most sought-after institutions of higher learning in the world and are known for their highly selective admissions process, academic excellence and promising career opportunities for those who attend. Their products have become presidents, Nobel Prize winners and other high-achieving graduates. To make it to any of these schools, the prospective student’s applications must be extraordinary.

Social media has taken to showering the young man with congratulations on his achievements, with a lot of them speculating as to which of these top schools he will finally settle on.
